Delete your Recovery Einstein account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the app:

1. Open Recovery Einstein and go to the You tab.
2. Under Account, choose Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password (email accounts) and the word DELETE.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. It removes your account, profile, sobriety date, conversations with Einstein, memories, settings and consent records from our servers. Quote-verification checks you ran are kept anonymously (they contain only Big Book text). A web (Stripe) subscription is cancelled for you; a Google Play subscription must be cancelled by you in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.

No longer have the app? Email support@autogrow.org from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

The Big Book itself never needed an account and keeps working offline for everyone.
